Enterprise Agreement & B2B Settlement Standards
1. Enterprise Software Provisioning
Technote Solutions licenses and deploys proprietary custom software architectures, including BMIMS, hospital CMMS, and biomedical verification modules under dedicated Service Level Agreements (SLA).
2. B2B Corporate Banking & Settlement
All enterprise transactions, maintenance contracts, and development retainers are invoiced officially and settled via direct corporate bank wire transfers in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) under formal corporate accounts.
3. Authorized System Usage
Access to authenticated operational portals is strictly restricted to designated clinical engineers, biomedical supervisors, and administrative personnel authorized by client healthcare organizations.
